Yes, you're welcome to collect from our shop at 76 Oldbury Road, Rowley Regis, B65 0JS. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Installation

Yes, we offer free installation for select products. We'll bring it in, position it, and connect it for you.

We don't install gas appliances ourselves as this requires a Gas Safe registered engineer. We can recommend local engineers if needed.

Yes, we'll remove your old appliance when we deliver the new one at no extra charge.

Products & Stock

New appliances are brand new in original packaging. Graded appliances may have minor cosmetic marks but work like new. Reconditioned appliances have been professionally repaired and tested.

Yes, we have over 150 appliances on display in our showroom. Pop in and see for yourself.

Yes, if we don't have what you're looking for in stock, we can often order it. Just ask.

Warranty

New and graded appliances come with a 12-month warranty. Reconditioned appliances come with a 4-month warranty.

The warranty covers mechanical and electrical faults. It doesn't cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage.

Yes, we repair most major household appliances including washing machines, tumble dryers, fridge freezers, cookers, and ovens.

Spares & Parts

Yes, we stock common parts and can order most others for next-day delivery.

We don't currently offer finance, but our prices are competitive and we have options to suit most budgets.
